Moradores das proximidades disseram que entram pessoas não autorizadas no local e a baderna vai até a madrugada

Mais uma vez a Casa Abrigo de Ribeirão Bonito, localizada no Centro, é alvo de reclamações dos moradores que moram nas proximidades do local. Eles contam que pessoas não autorizadas entram no prédio e a baderna vai até de madrugada.
Por e-mail, um morador contou que no sábado (7) a situação era insustentável. “Pouca vergonha é essa Casa Abrigo, no sábado até as funcionárias da Casa Abrigo estavam deixando entrar gente que não tem nada a ver, entrando sem ordem Judicial”, revelou.
O barulho e algazarra também atrapalham a vizinhança, mesmo com um guarda no local, os abrigados não respeitam. “A baderna rola até de madrugada dentro da casa. Isso que colocaram um guarda”, denunciou.
O final de janeiro, uma moradora apontou que os menores que estão residindo na Casa Abrigo ficam insultando as pessoas e depredando o patrimônio publico, fazendo funcionários de saco de pancadas e realizando badernas até de madrugada, inclusive com caixas de som.
A mesma moradora disse que já presenciou eles com vidros e paus nas mãos, ameaçando as pessoas, apertando as campanhainhas das casas a noite e até mesmo xingando as pessoas.
Segundo a moradora, em uma ocasião, os abrigados xingaram o cliente, o proprietário de uma oficina mecânica, que tem 75 anos, e a filha dele, sendo que uma das menores estava com um cabo de vassoura.
A denunciante disse que a pessoa responsável pela Casa Abrigo no dia dos fatos não quis nem falar com ele e um Boletim de Ocorrência foi elaborado, mesmo assim as crianças continuam insultando a vizinhança.
Os vizinhos da Casa Abrigo estão indignados com o descaso que os Poderes Públicos vêm tratando a situação.
Inquérito – O Ministério Público abriu um inquérito civil para apurar a situação da Casa Abrigo. De acordo com o promotor Ilo Marinho Gonçalves Júnior, a instituição não tem número suficiente de profissionais qualificados e a estrutura é inadequada. Além disso, faltam livros, brinquedos e jogos educativos para os cinco menores atendidos pela instituição.
O MP enviou uma proposta de ajustamento de conduta para a Prefeitura, que tem até 30 dias para responder. O órgão também deu um prazo de cinco dias para a Casa Abrigo se manifestar sobre as alterações recomendadas para melhorar as condições do local.
Não sei o q estão esperando para fechar essa porcaria, uma desgraça????
